Comfortable room, convenient location, the breakfast variety was decent, which made our mornings pleasant before exploring the city's attractions and enjoying the scenic train rides in the Ozark Mountains.

The location was convenient for our plans.

Our stay was a complete nightmare. The bed linens were disgusting, with fecal matter on them. I asked for a clean comforter, and the desk clerk had no explanation for the filth. The breakfast options were misleading. it was supposed to be a full hot breakfast but turned out to be a bare continental affair. To top it all off, the pool was dirty and full of bugs, and there was no staff available for assistance.

we enjoyed our stay with very clean comfy rooms and easy access to attractions like the Butterfly Palace and Rainforest Adventure just a few steps away, making it perfect for leisurely strolls during our trip to branson.

We had a wonderful stay, enjoying the friendly atmosphere and great breakfast options that fueled our adventures. The staff was genuinely welcoming and the indoor pool was a nice touch, even if a bit chilly. However, the water pressure in the shower could definitely use some improvement.

The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff was super friendly. We enjoyed the exciting shows at the Grand Shanghai Theater and the Hughes Music Show. Breakfast each morning was a great start to our adventures, fueling our fun at the nearby water park.

The Budget Queen Room was clean and conveniently located near our vehicle, making access easy. The staff was friendly and professional, adding to an overall pleasant experience. However, the lack of a microwave or mini fridge was disappointing, and the carpet showed signs of wear, impacting cleanliness. Also, low water pressure made showers less enjoyable.

Family with children & decent stay

The staff was super friendly and genuinely seemed to care about our needs. , I remember sitting on the porch swing with my family, drinking coffee while watching the traffic go by, it was a nice touch that helped us unwind after a long day.

It could be pricey sometimes, but the overall experience was still acceptable.
